Peyton S. Johnson

Peyton Johnson is an associate attorney from Rosedale, Virginia. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Virginia’s College at Wise in 2022, where he served as Chief Justice of the Student Conduct Board and as the Student Representative to the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia (SCHEV).

Peyton went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Lincoln Memorial University Duncan School of Law, where he gained experience in a range of practice areas, including business law, creditors’ rights, construction law, municipal law, and estate planning.

He was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 2025, and his practice focuses on creditors’ rights, corporate and business law, municipal law, and labor and employment matters.

Outside the office, Peyton enjoys traveling with his wife, Madison, and cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers.
